We are a company with more than 20 years of experience in business processes outsourcing, that brings brands and users closer through the design of customized solutions, efficient services and the use of technology generating value for our clients.

Company history

The company was founded, the first branch was open in the city of Cucuta, Norte de Santander.

  • 2003: The eastern market is developed, Bucaramanga branch is opened.
  • 2007: Valledupar´s branch was opened.
  • 2008: Santa Marta’s Branch was opened, Our allies' network is also established.
  • 2008: Se creó el canal de aliados.
  • 2009: The Caribbean market strenghtened with the begining of operations in the city of Riohacha.
  • 2010: Operations began in the Magdalena Medio zone with the opening of a new branch in the city of Barrancabermeja.
  • 2012: Operations began in the country's capital, Bogota.
  • 2014: Our contact center was established, helping us consolidate our nationwide operation.
  • 2019: Barranquilla´s branch was opened.
  • 2023: The company continue to consolidate its operation and development of new clients nationwide.
